Online Yoga for Kids

Yoga Netri offers a unique possibility for every child to experience a joyful blossoming of their natural potential staying at home.

The program will be conducted online introducing simple yoga for children, allowing each child to develop and live in optimal health and inner peace. It is offered by Isha Foundation teachers, trained under the guidance of Sadhguru.

The program will help enhance flexibility, improve attention and concentration,
increase memory & immunity.
