Sacred Breath is a breathwork & healing retreat for men and women who wish to journey within themselves. It is an invitation to come together to awaken, align and ascend in a safe container of love and support.

Participants should arrive at the retreat venue latest by 5 PM on 11th September. The retreat ends at 11 AM on 15th September.

About the Program

• Participants immerse themselves in daily yoga sessions led by trained Isha Hatha Yoga teachers(1750+ hrs), embracing flow and breathing practices that harmonize the mind, body, and soul. 
  
  
• Holotropic Breathwork session, Body Process Work, Awareness Through the Body, Meditation, Healing circles among other tools will be used to connect within. 

• Nourish your body with wholesome vegetarian meals, prepared with love and care, using ingredients sourced from local organic farms. 
  
  
• Find a safe and supportive community of like -minded seekers who are committed to their inner journey. 

The Accommodation & Food

All guest rooms are spacious, aesthetically pleasing, comfortably designed, and meticulously maintained. All rooms are naturally, well-ventilated. Please note, the rooms are do not have air-conditioning. 

You will be served three vegetarian meals, tea and coffee as a part of the retreat on all days. 

Getting to Auroville

The nearest airport to Auroville is Puducherry Airport, which has limited connectivity. It's a 20-minute taxi ride to Auroville.

From Chennai: Hire a taxi or rent a car for the 2.5-3 hour drive, about 150 km south of Chennai.
From Bangalore: You can fly to Puducherry or drive, which takes around 5-6 hours.
