What are Awakin Circles?

Every Thursday, a few of us come together to sit in silence for an hour, share some aha-moments for the second hour and often have a light meal afterwards. There are no teachers, or agendas.

Awakin Circles are just a space to come together and share in a context of stillness, community and service.

Circle Format

7:00PM An hour of collective silence; its unguided, without any instructions or music.

8:00PM A short reading, followed by a circle of sharing of "aha" moments from everyday life

9:00PM Light vegetarian dinner shared in silence
