Vegan Banana Bread - Inside a Yogi's Kitchen

The best vegan banana bread you’ll ever eat is moist, flavorful and tastes like the nostalgic, traditional banana bread you know and love. This easy vegan banana bread recipe uses simple ingredients and makes an incredible brunch treat or snack. Options to add chocolate chips and nuts to make it extra special!

Ingredients

-3 large or 4 medium ripe bananas

-1/4 cup (60ml) oil

-1/4 cup (60ml) plant milk

-1/3 cup (65g) sugar

-2 cups (250g) flour

-1 Tsp baking powder

Method

Mash the banana/Combine wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls then stir the dry in the wet/STIR in chocolate if desired/BAKE at 175Celsius(350Fahrenheit) for 50-60mins
